What are the main features of the self-service portal?

In the EasyPark Business self-service portal you will find: 
Payment History – Here you can see all your past and upcoming payments and invoices. 
Parking History – Here you can see all the transactions generated by your employees. Filter by date, car, payment group or area code. 
Payment Groups – Here you can define who will be grouped into an invoice. It can be a department, an office, a team or a specific project or client. 
Users – Add, remove, and manage the employees that have access to your account. 
Restrictions – Control which cars can be used to park with your business account. And if you have specific times your employees are allowed to park using your account. 
Account Details – Keep the information regarding your company, and main contact person up to date. This can only be edited by the main account administrator.

I have lost my password, how do I get a new password?

Accepted Answer

You can request a new password directly on the web. When trying to log in, press the “Can’t log in?” link underneath the password field and get either an email or SMS to regain access to your account.

Where can I find invoices and payment history?

Accepted Answer

Invoices, parking and payment history are easy to find. Log-in to your portal, and find them at the top of the side menu. You will see a list of the invoices and their status. You can filter or export this list to make expense management easier.

How to switch from my private to my business account on the app?

Accepted Answer

Select your parking area and set your parking end time. You will see your parking time, vehicle, and account details before you confirm, if they are correct, click confirm. If you need to switch your account, click on “PRIVATE” or “BUSINESS” to switch. Please note, if time or car restrictions have been set by your administrator, you will be prompted to use your private account instead.

How to use the EasyPark app when I park for business?

When parking for business, the EasyPark app works the same as when parking with a private account. The difference is that all transactions done in the “Business” profile will be charged to the company, and not to the employee. If an employee has both a business and a private account, they will need to select which account they wish to use before they start to park. How to use the FIND a spot feature?

FIND helps you find the streets or garages where you have better chances to find an available space, saving time and Co2 emissions. FIND works the same for business accounts as it does for private accounts, if this feature is available in your city, you will see a small icon labeled “FIND” on your map screen in the EasyPark app.

How to pay for charging and parking my electric car?

Where charging is available, you can pay charging using the EasyPark app, and also pay for parking at the same time if you are in a paid parking bay. You can also separate your charging and parking costs, by assigning your parking to your business account, and your charging cost on your personal account. 
To start charging, you will need to select the charging station icon on your map, then plug your car, select your socket and then start charging.

What type of EasyPark Business package should I select?

Accepted Answer

This depends on your needs. Our Business Pro package is ideal for people who would like access to all the standard business features, but don’t park very often. Whilst Business Premium gives access to all these features with only a set monthly subscription fee, making it more valuable when you park more often. If user subscriptions are not what you need, our Share or Guest packages are great alternatives.

Can I change the package if my parking needs are changing?

Yes, you can change your package and update your account in the EasyPark Business self-service portal. Please, do note that changes will be reflected in the next invoicing period. Alternatively, if you need support to update your account, you can 
reach out to Customer Care.

Question 11

Which information do I need to provide to subscribe to EasyPark Business?

Accepted Answer

We ask only for the essential information needed to safely open a business account. This means:
Company name - this will be the name of the account. 
Company registration number
Company address (street, postal code, city) - this will appear in the invoice. 
Phone number - to identify your account. 
Email address - to which you would receive the invoice and important information. 
Name of the main account contact - Often, this is the administrator of the account. 
You can then choose a method of payment, and confirm your subscription. You are now ready to go!

How can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can close your employees’ subscriptions at any time in the EasyPark Business self-service portal. However, to close the whole account you will need to contact our Customer Care team. You should know we require a month’s notice to close your account, so you will still be able to park and use your account until the end of the next calendar month.

Can I choose my method of payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can choose it at the moment you subscribe. You can also update it later via the EasyPark Business self-service portal.

When do I receive the invoice?

Accepted Answer

Typically at the beginning of each calendar month. Please note that we work with multiple invoicing partners and there may be slight delays in the delivery of your invoice.

Question 15

Can I reclaim VAT on parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Our invoices are detailing all necessary information for you to easily reclaim VAT. You will see the local and foreign VAT amounts if your employees have parked in and outside of your country. Invoice total, however, will always be in your local currency with fully transparent currency exchange rates.
