How can I update an expired card?

You can update your payment method by following the next steps:

1. Select the three bars from the top of the main screen in your APP

2. Select "Payment" from the side menu

3. Select current payment method and press "Update Payment Method"

4. Fill out desired payment details

You can also log on "My Site" and update your payment method from there.

OBS: If your payment method is not updated on time, a invoice with the outstanding amount and a invoice fee of 61.25 DKK will be issued.
