What is the parkofon?
If you do not have a smart phone or if your phone does not support the EasyPark APP any longer, you can start, prolong and stop your parking by calling +45 70 22 12 45. You will have to be an exisisting customer to use the service.
How to use the parkofon
The voice will firstly ask for the area code. Insert the area code and end with#.
If you have several cars registered, you will be asked about which license plate you wish to park with. The voice will read aload the license plates, where you will after select 1, 2, 3 or 4 depending on the order of the license plates. Make sure to end with #.
The next step is to set the time you wish for your park to end. If you do not insert a time and only insert # the max amount of time allowed on the area will be selected.
The voice will read aloud the selected details for your parking, mentioning; area code, license plate and end-time. Once read aloud, simply hang up.
If you wish to prolong or stop your parking before the selected end time, you can easily call +45 70 22 12 45 again. You will be introduced to three options, press 1 to stop> your parking or press 2 to prolong your parking. You can press 3 if you want the status of your current parking.
