How do I terminate a user on my EasyPark Business Agreement?
In order to add/terminate a user on your EasyPark Business Agreement, you need to log on to self-service on EasyPark.dk. When you have logged on, make sure to select “Users” from the left hand side of your screen.
Terminating a user
From the self-service page you can terminate a user by doing the following:
Click the three dots on the far right from the user’s name
Select “Close”
De- or select whether the user should be able to park in the meantime
Confirm by pressing “Yes, close user”
The closing of the user has now been begun and will follow a termination period of the following month + 1 month cf. EasyPark’s terms of termination.
Adding a new user
From the self-service page you can add a user by doing the following:
Press the pink square that says “+ New” in the top left corner
Fill out the mandatory fields of information
Press “Add User”
The user has been added to the agreement and has received Welcoming-SMS, that will help the user to sign in.
