Adding or Closing Users

How do I terminate a user on my EasyPark Business Agreement?

In order to add/terminate a user on your EasyPark Business Agreement, you need to log on to self-service on EasyPark.dk. When you have logged on, make sure to select “Users” from the left hand side of your screen.

Terminating a user

From the self-service page you can terminate a user by doing the following:

  1. Click the three dots on the far right from the user’s name

  2. Select “Close”

  3. De- or select whether the user should be able to park in the meantime

  4. Confirm by pressing “Yes, close user”

The closing of the user has now been begun and will follow a termination period of the following month + 1 month cf. EasyPark’s terms of termination.

Adding a new user

From the self-service page you can add a user by doing the following:

  1. Press the pink square that says “+ New” in the top left corner

  2. Fill out the mandatory fields of information

  3. Press “Add User”

The user has been added to the agreement and has received Welcoming-SMS, that will help the user to sign in.
