If you're unable to start a parking session in the app, you can try activating a parking session in our free test area to see if the app is functioning. Enter area code 9999 in the app and start parking. This area incurs no cost and is solely for testing purposes.
If you still encounter an issue when starting a parking session, we recommend reinstalling the app and ensuring that you have the latest version of your phone and the app.
Certain areas may have time-limited parking or require a permit for parking. Please check the signage to see if it applies to the area where you're trying to start a parking session. Contact customer service if you're unable to start a parking session after following these steps at kundeservice@easypark.net.
Note: If the app is experiencing technical issues, we advise you to use the payment machines in the area for payment. Easypark does not issue fines as parking operators who manage the areas carry out these checks. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure that you have a valid parking session.
