Can I get my money back?

If the license plate number, parking area code, and time and date of the parking match what is stated on the control sanction, you most likely had a valid parking session.

If you had a valid parking session, you can contest the imposition with the parking operator who can refund the control sanction.

Easypark does not issue fines as it is the parking operators who manage the areas that carry out these checks. Complaints must be sent directly to the parking operator. Information about the parking operator should be stated on the control sanction.

Note: Incorrectly paying for parking in another area does not constitute grounds for crediting the parking fee registered in the app, even if a control sanction is received. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct registration in the app.
