How do I find the correct area code?

When you are at or near your car, open the Easypark app. The pin will be placed at your location and show the suggested area code. Ensure that the pin on the map is placed where the car is physically parked.

GPS accuracy can vary. Therefore, it's important to follow the signage in the area and ensure it matches the one you start parking with in the app. Look for our pink Easypark signs to confirm the area code.

You can choose one of the GPS suggestions or select from your recent parking and charging areas in the list. Alternatively, you can enter the area code in the search field at the top of the screen, where it says "Search by address or area code."

Note: To use the Easypark app, you must allow Location Services on your phone.
