To log in to both the app and our website portal, you use your phone number as the username. Remember to include "+" and the country code.
Logging into your account requires two-factor authentication. You will receive a verification code via SMS that you must enter. You may also be asked to provide the last license plate/vehicle you used in the app.
From June 2024: By updating to the latest version of the app, you will gain access to several new features. You will be notified if you have used the maximum number of login attempts. At that point, you can choose to wait out the timeout period before trying again. Alternatively, you can opt to delete the account associated with your phone number, allowing you to register a completely new account.
