Close account

We would be sorry to see you go, but if you wish to delete your private account in Easypark, you can easily do so within the app. Tap on Menu - Settings, and scroll all the way down. Tap on "Delete account" and confirm.

If you want to close your business user account, you can contact us via email at kundeservice@easypark.net. Provide your phone number and license plate in the app, and we will close the user for you. Please note that there is a one-month notice period, as well as the current month when closing the business user.
