How to start charging in the app

Start by reading the signage in the area to get to know the current regulations.

To initiate a charging session in the Easypark app: Start by selecting the correct area code for the charging area. Then, select the appropriate charging outlet.

Press "Start" and connect the charging cable to your vehicle. You'll then need to wait for 2 minutes. This is the time it takes for the charging session to become active.

Once you see that the vehicle has started charging, you can safely leave the vehicle.

If the connection fails, the charging session (and any parking) will automatically stop after two minutes. In such cases, it's important to ensure that you initiate a new charging session at another charging outlet or move the vehicle to an area designated for parking only.

If the charging station fails to start charging, we recommend contacting the operator responsible for managing the charging stations in the area.

3. Activate the charging in the App

4. Connect the charging cable to your car

5. As soon as you see the charging is ongoing on your dashboard, you can safely leave the vehicle
