Say goodbye to the hassle of single-admin limitations! We're introducing a new functionality that allows multiple administrators to effortlessly manage the same Business account via EasyPark Business self-service. No more juggling logins, sharing credentials or tedious calls for account switches.
Product package switch enhancement for business users
To ensure a smoother user experience when switching between different product packages, we're updating the logic that controls plan transitions. With this update, the switch of a product package will be scheduled and become effective on the first day of the following month, ensuring clarity for administrators regarding monthly fees and eliminating mid-month switch headaches.

Time and vehicle restrictions
To enhance parking management control for admins and allow for cost savings, we are introducing time restrictions. This feature enables admins to set parking times aligned with their business hours. Additionally, admins can enable the new functionality allowing drivers to extend parking sessions beyond business hours if necessary.
The new EasyPark time and vehicle restrictions functionality is easily configurable via the EasyPark Business self-service portal. In the EasyPark Business self-service portal, you'll find the "Restrictions" pages on the left side of the menu. Click on it, and then select "Time." From there, you can:
Turn on time restrictions.
Set the specific hours for these restrictions for your employees.
Choose the type of restriction that suits your business needs.
Exclude certain app users from these restrictions.
