How do I change my payment method?

You pay your parking costs via direct debit or credit card. You choose this when you become a customer. Afterwards, you can always change this choice, as well as your payment details.

Changing IBAN or Adding a Credit Card
  1. Go to the EasyPark app, select ‘Account’ and choose ‘Payment Method’.

  2. Choose ‘Change Payment Method’.

  3. Select ‘Direct Debit’. You will be redirected to an iDEAL environment.

  4. Pay €0.01 via your bank.

  5. After the payment, return to the EasyPark app; this option will automatically appear on your screen. The link to your IBAN is then made.

Would you like to add a credit card? Choose ‘Credit Card’ instead of ‘Direct Debit’ and follow the steps above.

Good to know: You pay €0.01 because this allows us to check if the IBAN is indeed yours. This way, we ensure that no bank details are misused.
