"Push-reminder before the parking ends" gives you a push notification during an ongoing parking. On Android it can be specified from 5 - 60 minutes, whereas iOS allows from 5-30 minutes.

Another push notification is "Push-reminder to stop the parking", which, like the description says, notifies you about an ongoing parking when driving away from your parking spot. This is based on the GPS-location.

The last option is a "Push-receipt when parking has ended", giving you an automatic receipt after each parking.

All these options are turned off by default and should be activated by the user.
