Add your payment
You'll need to add your preferred payment method into the app. It's a one-time thing, and then you're all set.
Once you've added a method of payment
After you've got your payment added in the app, all your future parking costs will automatically be withdrawn from that card. You don't have to do a thing after you park!
Note: Our application accepts only one payment method at a time. Therefore, you cannot add a second payment method.
How does the payment work?
We usually charge you for your parking 1-5 days after your parking session ends.
Note: If you add a card as payment method, and park more than once on the same day, these will be charged in one single transaction. If you see a charge that is a bit higher than what you expected for a single parking, that's probably why!
What Happens if a Payment Doesn't Go Through?
If for some reason we can't process a payment, we'll send you a text message or email to let you know.
Note: Sometimes our system may not be able to make the payment and this results in the payment remaining open in our system. Our system will attempt to charge the payment automatically the next time the customer successfully updates their payment method. The charge may occur even months later. In this case, we recommend checking your account’s parking history to ensure the charged amount matches the parking details.
