Joining EasyPark takes just a minute! Follow these steps to get started:
Download the app: Find us on the App Store or Google Play.
Enter your number: Type in your mobile phone number.
Verify: You’ll receive a 6-digit code via SMS. Enter it into the app to confirm your identity.
Complete your profile: Add your license plate and preferred payment method.
Success! You’re now ready to start parking across the city.
Closing Your Account
If you need to leave us, you can do so directly within the app. Please keep in mind that deleting the app from your phone does not close your account.
How to delete your account:
Open the EasyPark app and go to Menu > Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account."
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
Important Things to Note:
Data Loss: Deleting your account means you will lose access to all data, including your parking history and digital receipts. We recommend downloading any receipts you need before closing.
Active Subscriptions: You cannot delete your account if you have an active subscription (like EasyPark Go).
Pending Balance: If there is an outstanding payment on your account, the deletion will not process.
Tip: If you see an "omething went wrong" error, please check for unpaid sessions or active subscriptions.
