I can not log in to the app

Please make sure that your entered password is correct. If you forgot it you can reset it by tipping "Get new password via SMS". Please check also, if you entered the correct phone number and chose the correct country. Keep in mind to enter your phone number in international format without "0" in the area code. If there are still problems there might be a network problem or the app or your phone does not have the latest updates.
