General information about receipts

Your receipt will be sent parallel to the payment and will contain all accumulated parkings.

If you pay by credit card or PayPal, we will debit your account on the day following the parking transaction.

When paying by direct debit and/or for business users, the debit will be made collectively at the beginning of the following month.


I have not received my receipt

Make sure your email-address is up to date by going in the app under 'Settings', or check your profile by logging in to the website.

Private users can request the invoice via the app or download it online from the parking history.

Business users can download the invoice from the self-service portal, under the menu item "Payment history".


I want to change details on my receipt

You can change your name and address in the app under "settings". Business users can make changes in the self-service portal.
